The Company is led by a board with extensive experience in RBI regulation, finance, taxation and law, and operates with a strong emphasis on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Mohindar Kumar

Mr. Mohindar Kumar has over 35 years of rich and vibrant experience in RBI regulations. He had a career span of over 32 years with the Reserve Bank of India, of which he worked in the financial system and held a leadership role for 19 years. He has been part of various working groups and committees of RBI formed for financial regulations. Presently, he is involved in advisory services to some of the largest NBFCs and consultancy firms on RBI regulations.

Mr. Vishal Suryakant Mehta has a career span of over 20 years in Accounts, Finance and Taxation, with varied experience in the manufacturing and financial industries, of which 7 years have been in Non‑Banking Financial Companies dealing with Reserve Bank of India regulations.

Mr. Mukesh Jagat Jethwani has previously served as a Director on the boards of several reputed companies across diverse sectors, including real estate and financial services, consistently holding key leadership positions and contributing significantly to the growth and success of each organization. His core areas of expertise include auditing, direct taxation, share valuation for mergers and takeovers, and identifying niche investment opportunities.

Ms. Neha Mehta

Ms. Neha Mehta has been a practicing advocate of the Bombay High Court for over 17 years and has handled a wide variety of complex litigation including commercial real estate transactions, arbitration of commercial and contractual disputes (domestic and international), white‑collar crimes, banking and finance, insolvency and bankruptcy, direct and indirect taxation, company restructuring and labour disputes. Her knowledge of dispute resolution has enabled her to advise clients on strategy before High Courts, National Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India.
